Multi Head Laminating System / Multi Five – Multi Three

For Automatic Croissant Machines And Other Bakery Products

The Multi Head Laminating System is the latest and most economical way to sheet dough billets into a continuous sheet of dough to the desired thickness.

Specially designed for the automatic feeding of croissant lines or make up tables.

This unit is composed of:

  • In-feed belt with adjustable side guides
  • Upper and lower flour duster
  • Motorized press roller
  • Pre laminating multi-roller
  • Two – Three – Four – Five or more gauging rollers (as needed) each equipped with automatic in-feed and discharge mechanism which assure a perfect and smooth sheet of dough.

This system is available in widths of 600 or 800 mm. and can be positioned and synchronized to feed any existing line.


TK C.5000 Automatic Croissant Machine

Technology has now allowed us to produce an industrial production croissant machine that takes up little floor space. Approximately 5000 croissants per hour at 30 gr. each. With the by-pass you can transform the TK C.5000 into a pastry line where you can cut a variety of different shapes by simply changing the cutters.

The TK C.5000 is composed of three units : gauging unit /cutting station with orienting devise / and the curling unit.

  • The gauging unit is controlled by two dough-flow regulators at the in-feed and out-feed so the unit adjusts itself according to the flow of the dough giving you consistency and also joining dough pieces into a single lamination.
  • The cutting station cuts in two stages so the product does not stick to the cutter. Changing the cutters is fast and simple.
  • The curling unit (which is the heart of the machine) is the result of many years experience; producing a croissant that is appreciated by all pastry chefs.

TK C.12000 / TK C.20000 Automatic Croissant Machines

  • Hourly production up to 20.000 croissants per hour (standard size about 35 g)

Universal AMIBA

The amazing AMIBA in all it’s simplicity uses Modern technology when rolling up filled croissants as if made by hand. Universal AMIBA features:

  • Can be hooked-up to any brand of croissant machine on the market
  • Hourly production up to 3500 croissants per hour
  • Can rollup croissants with a base of 60mm up to 200mm
  • Can roll up croissants with up to 30gr of filling
  • Croissants are rolled up by putting pressure on the two ends of the croissant (as if hand made)
  • Disassembles easily for cleaning.

The ALBA Line

The Alba Line is a versatile make-up line that’s simple and easy to use because it was designed according the requests of our longtime customers. With our Alba make-up lines, you can produce a large variety of handmade products automatically, like strudel, turnovers, fagottino, panzerotto, chausson, voul-au-vent, palmiers (elephant ears) and much more. It features a large variety of accessories and depositors that allows for the production of many different types of dough and fillings. Once the products are finished, they can be conveyed automatically into an in-line tunnel freezer, tunnel oven or automatic panning. The Alba make-up lines are custom designed to incorporate an already existing product mix or create several new products.


Automatic Croissant Machine Model AMIBA 6000

The AMIBA 6000 is one of the most multipurpose and flexible automatic croissant machines in today’s equipment market. It is perfect for the bakeries that offer an extensive variety of plain and filled croissants. With a production capacity of 1,700 to 6,000 units per hour, the AMIBA 6000 includes easy touch-screen programming controls for each different product. The AMIBA 6000 offers accurate forming and filling stations that assure exact precision of each croissant to reduce product overweight and waste.


BABY 2800
